Reiki 1 is primarily for self healing. In this one day course students focus on practising Reiki on themselves and working through their own obstacles. The Level 1 course includes an overview of the history of Reiki, hand placement and self and group practice. We will explore all the uses of Reiki.

Reiki 11 is a more advanced application of the energy. During the course you will be attuned to the three sacred symbols. This will increase the power of the energy and allows you to project the Reiki energy at a distance for absent healing. Reiki 11 also helps you to focus the energy on removing mental and emotional blocks.
